This Financial Services Guide ("FSG") is an important document that we, as an Australian financial services licensee, are required to provide to you.

Who are we?

RCM is ultimately a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors AG, which is itself part of Allianz SE, one of the world's leading financial services providers. Our client base ranges from individual investors through to large corporate superannuation funds and institutions.

Any financial services offered by RCM are provided by our representatives. We do not act as representative of any other licensee when providing services to you.

What financial services and products do we provide?

RCM is authorised to provide the following financial services to retail and wholesale clients:

We act as investment manager to the registered managed investment scheme RCM Global Equities Fund operated by Equity Trustees Limited ("the Fund").

Before you invest in the Fund, you should carefully read the relevant Product Disclosure Statement ("PDS"). A PDS contains significant information necessary for you to make an informed decision about investing in a fund. To invest in the Fund you must complete the application form attached to the relevant PDS. The PDS may be obtained by contacting us or Equity Trustees Limited.

RCM does not provide financial planning services and will not give you personal financial advice when you visit our website.

We may provide general financial product advice. This advice does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting on any general advice, you should consider the appropriateness of the advice having regard to your objectives, financial situation and needs and, if necessary, seek appropriate professional advice. If the advice relates to the Fund, you should obtain and consider the relevant PDS before making any decision about investing.

How can you transact with us?

You can transact with us by mail and, in some circumstances, by fax, or through your financial adviser. Refer to "Who are we?" above for contact details.

How are we paid for the services we provide?

RCM will receive management fees in relation to managing investments in the Fund based on the amount invested in the Fund (usually between 0% to 1.64% of the ongoing value of the amounts invested). The fees RCM receives as investment manager of the Fund are set out in the PDS. RCM does not receive any fees for the financial product advice it provides.

Remuneration and other benefits received by RCM, its employees and others

RCM's employees do not receive specific payments or commissions for providing financial services on our behalf. Our staff receive salaries and may also receive bonuses and other benefits from us.

You may receive advice in relation to the Fund from financial advisers that do not work for RCM. These advisers may receive remuneration from us. Full details of commissions and benefits paid to your adviser will be in the financial services guide and statement of advice your adviser must provide to you.

How is my personal information dealt with?
